If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from www.anthony.com, you may return within 30 days the product(s) with your order number for a refund amount of the purchase less shipping. Shipping fees, including return shipping fees, are not refundable. We apologize any inconvenience, but returns or exchanges for purchases made at a retail outlet other than www.anthony.com must be returned at that point of purchase.
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, retain the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 1.866.ANTHONY (1.866.268.4669). The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
Return or exchange products purchased from other retailers?
Unfortunately, return and exchange services are only extended to customers that shop anthony.com. We will evaluate manufacturing defects on a case by case basis. Please call our customer care team at 1.866.ANTHONY (1.866.268.4669) and we will do our very best to assist you. We do not accept orders on out-of-stock items. However, we do let our customers know as soon as an out-of-stock item is back in stock This is communicated via the Anthony newsletter.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Please note during periods of high volume such as holidays additional time may be required. Orders received after 11:00am EST will be processed the next business day.
